Dear Subscriber,
26th Dec 2024
I am writing to you to inform you that with effect from 1st January 2025, the annual premium subscription price to France Insider will increase to €25 a year.
I understand that any price increase will not be welcomed by you, but after three years when our price has remained unchanged, we are facing an unavoidable increase in costs which we need to cover.
These increases have been notably those for information technology, taxes, and increased charges over the past two years from our payments system provider, Stripe, some of which we must now pass on to our readers.
We rely entirely on the subscription charge to fund the service we provide, and we hope the absence of advertising banners and pop-ups on our pages makes for a more enjoyable reading experience. Neither are we under any obligation to sponsors, as our impartiality is central to our offer.
It is our firm intention that this increase will be the last one for a further three years. In short, a three-year price freeze to existing customers.
The increase will apply on renewal of your current subscription, for renewal payments from 1st Jan. You need take no action and nothing will change until the renewal date.
We will be back next month. We feel you deserve a short break. Thank you for your support. Happy holidays.
